Rich Chocolate Sachets

A tempting chocolate flavour with protein which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and 26 vitamins and minerals:

Vitamin C, zinc and iron which contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system
Calcium, vitamin D and magnesium which contribute to the maintenance of normal bones
Vitamins B₂, B₆ and B₁₂ which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue

You will need:

200ml (1/3 pint) of water or milk (cold or warm)
A whisk or fork
A glass or mug
A sachet of Complan rich chocolate.

Ready in three simple steps:

Add a little of the water or milk to a glass or mug and add one sachet of Complan.
Mix to a paste with a whisk or fork.
Top up with the remaining water or milk, stirring continuously.

Ingredients: Skimmed milk (40%), maltodextrin, vegetable oils (palm oil, sunflower oil), glucose syrup, sugar, dextrose, cocoa powder, magnesium hydrogen phosphate, calcium carbonate, thickener (xanthan gum), flavouring (chocolate) (contains caffeine), sodium L-ascorbate, taurine, L-ascorbic acid, ferrous sulphate, zinc sulphate, choline chloride, DL-alpha-tocopherol, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, retinyl palmitate, calcium D-pantothenate, copper sulphate, riboflavin, thiamin hydrochloride, manganese sulphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, phytomenadione, chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, cholecalciferol, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin.
