• 1 sachet Summer Strawberry Complan powder
• 150ml double cream
• 2 single-serving pots thick and creamy yogurt, strawberry flavour
• 2 meringue nests, crumbled
• 2 individual dessert dishes

1. Line two small dessert dishes with cling film
2. Combine the Summer Strawberry Complan with the cream, and whip the mixture to a smooth and thick consistency
3. Fold in the yogurt and the crumbled meringue
4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared dishes and freeze for at least three hours before serving.

Slice fresh strawberries on to your parfait when you serve it, and maybe add some crumbly granola.
