• 1 sachet Delicious Banana flavour Complan powder
• 200g cream cheese
• 100ml double cream
• 175g digestive biscuits (crushed)
• 75g butter
• 1 banana (mashed)

1. Melt the butter and mix with the crushed biscuits
2. Grease a cake tin (cake tin with removable base is preferable)
3. Put the butter and biscuit mixture into the greased cake tin ensuring the bottom of the tin is covered
4. Layer the mashed banana on top of the biscuit mixture
5. Mix together the Delicious Banana Complan, double cream and cream cheese
6. Spread the cheese mixture on top of the mashed banana
7. Refrigerate until set

Give yourself an extra treat by topping your cheesecake with sliced berries, chocolate curls, or fudge pieces.
